They get you in on time, keep you up to date on the progress of the work, offer you a comfortable waiting area and also offer a beverage and/or a snack while waiting. (They even have reading materials that aren't five years old like some waiting rooms!)

Purchased a 2025 Pathfinder in November 2025, and recently started hearing an awkward noise at start up after sitting for long periods of time… Took in for service and provided videos to the service team. While they were not able to replicate the sound, agreed something was going on and didn’t stop till all options were explored for said noise. I have a 2025 Nissan Kicks SR AWD. I have taken it in several times for regular maintenance. Recently it was making a Noise. They promptly identified the problem, provided me a loner and got it fixed quickly. Clint is my primary service manger and does a great job every time.
Brought our 2014 Nissan Rogue Select for an oil and filter change and a state inspection. He service advisor was very good and I had a chance to meet the new Service Manager Paul. He is very accommodating and pleasant.
