The Beginnings of Truck Norris

Serving the people of St. Louis in his very own food truck was always a dream for Todd Norris, and it became a reality in 2017 when he opened Truck Norris.

Cooking up everyone's favorite classic comfort foods was sure to put him on the map, but it was his inventive and tasty twists that really set him apart from the competition.

What's on the Menu?

There is a rotating list of tasty mashups at Truck Norris. That means there will always be something new for you to try. Some crowd favorites are: Tot-Chos, Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls, and a Spinach Artichoke Melt.

When Truck Norris roundhouse kicked the typical burger, the Ur NOT So Backyard Burger took its place. This grilled pork patty is topped with garlic hoisin sauce, pickled cucumbers, fried wonton strips, and honey sriracha mayo, and it all comes between a brioche bun.

Truck Norris wanted to put a twist on the typical BLT, and after winning an underwater breathing contest against a fish, BLT Sushi was born. Thick-cut bacon, heirloom tomatoes, and romaine lettuce is rolled in sushi rice and plastered with tempura batter and Japanese panko. It's deep fried until crispy and finished with a shot of honey sriracha mayo.
