2017 Nissan Maxima: New Avenues in Style  

This is the second year of the Nissan Maxima's total design transformation that brought its four-door sports car concept to life in vivid detail. For 2017, you can expect to see these major makeover cues still front and center, from its signature LED lighting to its lower, longer, and leaner stance.

2017 also brings two accessory value packages to the Maxima canvas. The Maxima Platinum Medallion Package features a number of premium add-ons, including a brand new spoiler, 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, interior accent lighting, and illuminated kick plates. The Medallion Package also brings in ground lighting outside the car for a truly memorable arrival.

The Maxima SV Dynamic Package includes all of the features from the Platinum's Medallion Package but trades the interior and exterior lighting for a striking side rocker molding.

Continuing a Performance Legacy

Under the hood, much of the 2017 Nissan Maxima mirrors its model predecessor, and we have to say that's definitely not a bad thing.

Standardly equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 300 horsepower and is mated to Nissan's Xtronic® Continuously Variable Transmission, the 2017 Maxima's power sense is strong, confident, and smooth.

EPA estimates continue to be in the Maxima's favor, with its advanced equipment attributing to efficiency stats of 22/30 mpg for city and highway driving, which are commendable ratings for the large sedan class.

2017 Maxima: Big on Space and Technology

Inside the cabin, the 2017 Maxima continues to do what it does best. An abundance of interior seating space, lots of luxury features, and top-notch technology all come standard.
