Hibachi Boy provides the intersection where hibachi cuisine and handcrafted sushi meet. Once you taste the riot of flavors you experience here, cravings for their creative and tasty dishes will summon you back.
In 2014, brothers Nokky and Nicky Vasant followed in their family's footsteps and opened Hibachi Boy. From age 14, they learned from their food master and dad who inspired them to enter the restaurant business. They also point toward their grandmother who created original recipes they continue to use in their own restaurant. Some recipes may be from a different time, but they present all dishes with a modern flair.
To keep Hibachi Boy running smoothly, the Vasant brothers make sure that every staff member knows each aspect of their business, so anyone can jump in. That way, they can serve both exceptional customer service and highly polished, fresh food. If some menu items appear unfamiliar to your palate, they can clue you in to the cooking techniques used and detail the fresh ingredients popping off the plates. Â
Culinary Classics and New Favorites
Enter the industrial, modern décor of this restaurant with scattered arrangements of Asian-inspired flowers and place your order. You can expect fast service and generous portions of hibachi classics, sushi, Thai dishes, and more, brought right to your table located in the clean and bright seating area. Each dish can be accented with five different spice levels to cater to customers, and you can watch the chefs prepare your food.
At Hibachi Boy, the authentic preparation of the noodles in various dishes harkens back to their roots. Noodle dishes, such as the Chicken Yakisoba Noodles-Japanese-style noodles with a savory sauce-and the Drunken Noodle-a spicy dish with carrots, broccoli, and yellow onions, slathered in drunken sauce-remain crowd pleasers.
Line up for the endless sushi choices on their menu, like the classic California Roll or the popular Dragon Roll with sweet barbecued eel and slices of avocado. Add a crunchy Crab Rangoon appetizer or a few Rice Bombs drizzled with sauce. If you're in the mood for Pad Thai, theirs hits every mark with sparks of flavor for any palate.
Then, wash it all down with one of their Hibachi Boy's Boba Teas, like the smooth mango or the clean flavor of honeydew.
